Order Cancellation
Order cancellations will be accepted only if requested within 2 hours of placing the order. However, if your order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery, the cancellation request will not be entertained.
In such cases, you may choose to reject the package at the time of delivery.

Reporting Damaged/Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, an opening video is compulsory. Without the opening video, the return/replacement request will not be applicable.
